Despite the diminishing prevalence of overt discrimination against women and minorities in the workplace, implicit biases continue to pervade the legal profession. Implicit gender bias is further complicated by intersections with other aspects of our identity, such as race, age, marital status, family status, and more. Join our panelists as they reflect on the significance of implicit biases in the legal profession, the challenges they face, and opportunities to identify and challenge these biases.
The program is free, and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. Dial-in information for phone attendees will be provided. This is an informational program only; no CLE credit is offered.
