Due March 7: Internship – Immediate Office of the Registrar at the International Criminal Court

The Registrar is the principal administrative officer of the Court, elected by an absolute majority of judges for a term of five years, and is responsible for the non-judicial aspects of the administration and servicing of the Court. This implies providing management and judicial support services to the Court, as well as dealing with those aspects of external affairs and field operations falling within the purview of the Registry. The three divisional Directors support the Registrar through the Registry Management Team in ensuring that the Registry fulfills its tasks effectively and efficiently.

Rolling Deadline: Staff Attorney/DNA Fellow with the Innocence Project NW

INNOCENCE PROJECT NORTHWEST, founded in 1997 at the University of Washington School of Law, has an immediate opening for a Staff Attorney to serve as our DNA Fellow. This position is funded by a two-year NIJ/Bloodsworth grant and will manage an active caseload of post-conviction DNA cases while working to expand access to DNA testing for eligible prisoners.  In addition to litigating post-conviction DNA motions throughout Washington, the fellow will conduct prisoner outreach and help recruit, train and coordinate with our pro bono partners.

The CRLA office in Stockton, California is seeking applicants for Summer 2017 Summer Law Intern positions. Positions are available immediately and applicants will be considered until the positions are filled. The student intern law clerks will have the opportunity to develop their legal skills supporting the work of Basic Unit staff attorneys as it relates to their representation of rural and low-income individuals and families.

Rolling Deadline: Education Staff Attorney with the ACLU of Southern California

The ACLU Foundation of Southern California seeks a staff attorney to focus primarily on education, including early childhood education, K-12 education, postsecondary education, and students’ rights, but may also work in other areas. The Staff Attorney should have at least five years of relevant experience, although strong candidates with less experience will also be considered. The Staff Attorney will work in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or Inland Empire office, supervised primarily by the Director of Education Equity.
